  My name is Kim McNeil, I was give an public defender in 2014 at the county of Peoria for 3 counts of felony. His name was Kevin Lowe. When he heard about the charges, and sat down to talk with me he believed in me and had faith that everything will turn out for the better. Kevin Lowe is an very intelligent dedicated understand lawyer. He always would make sure I understood the legal language in the court room and in the paper work. Everytime we meet he would ask me how was I doing, and how was my family doing. To me that made me feel like he cared about me and my family. He would answer all my questions, even when i would suggest something he would take my opinion and see if he would matter in my case. He never gave up on me, and my family. Working with him was a experience of a life time. Because Mr. Lowe was fighingt for my life, my children life to have their mother not be convicted of those charges which would have cause me to be away from them for up to 15 years. God has his hands on Mr. Kevin Lowe's career, and life. Thank you for believing in my innocents, working long hours, studying every case log that GOD put in front of you.
