  Could not have asked for a better experience! Both the attorneys and staff were extremely professional in the handling of my case. They represented me on my worker's compensaion case that was from a summer job in another state. They helped me get a great settlement and it did not take very long either. I would highly recommend Jim Rochford as an attorney for anyone. One thing that stood out about him was I truly believe he always had my best interest at heart.

  Was very disappointed in the professionalism and quality of the work. Prior to this experience I have not needed an attorney. So this being my first experience will not leave me in short order. Our attorney's appearance (we had an associate) was very unkempt and frankly disgusting especially for someone in a professional career. Our meeting/counsel was very vague and he did not seem very aggressive. Over the course of about 3-4 months we had to contact the office on multiple occasions just to get an update and many times our "attorney" was "busy" or "in court" that happened to be in a county 3 hrs one way away from the office. We would leave a number every time, mind you the same one on our paperwork, but never receive a return phone call. We decided that there was no sense in wasting more of our money and time so we have since canceled our services with Jim Rochford and Associates. In summary our experience was that "the associate" that we had was highly unmotivated, extremely unorganized (couldn't even return a phone call), and gave the appearance of a man that had spent the day before in a boxing ring, the night prior on a binge drinking spree reminiscent of college and the morning keeping pace with fat Albert at McDonald's. I do not have great experience with attorneys, but I would not recommend this organization to my enemy.
